Ingredients
- 10 radishes, finely sliced
- 2 cups of arugula
- 1 apple, cut in bite-size chunks
- 1 avocado cut in bite-size chunks
- 1 lemon, juice
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- freshly ground black pepper and sea salt to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in large salad bowl and enjoy it as a side-dish or on its own!
