During this Mindfulness and Yoga Retreat we cultivate presence on the yoga mat, the meditation cushion and at the dinner table. Mindfulness, yoga and meditation teach you to be aware in the present moment. Being present is the only way to enjoy life to the fullest. By being mindful, you enjoy your food, friends and family more. By being more present in your everyday life it’s easier to let go of stress, tension and negativity. You become more open, more playful, more relaxed and more appreciative of life. Our program includes different types of meditations, yoga sessions and other activities to enjoy your weekend mindfully. We use the process of self-contemplation to take a deeper look at who we are. Through these practices, you’ll gain new insights that help you grow in ways you never imagined were possible.
The program is accessible to all levels, whether you are an experienced yogi or simply want to discover what kind of role meditation could play in your life. Suzan and Chantal will make sure you have a great weekend, with plenty of time for contemplation but also to explore your surroundings and enjoy your free time.
