This Hibiscus Strawberry Iced Tea is refreshing, fruity and delicious, perfect during a hot, summer day. On hot summer days it’s so important to stay hydrated. We often don’t know we are dehydrated until it’s too late. But when you do. you notice it right away. You become hot and flushed, get a headache, a foggy brain, feel sleepy and tired and your body is struggling to cool your body down. If you have a large jar of refreshing iced tea on hand, you’re able to beat the heat and keep your cool. This Hibiscus Strawberry Iced Tea is mild in taste, very refreshing and has a subtle sweet strawberry flavour and will keep you coming back for more! You can sweeten to taste using agave nectar or any other sweetener of your choice. I enjoy it without but feel free to sweeten to taste if you like your iced tea on the sweet side.
