I can’t wait to find out more about this new organic salad bar, SLA, in De Pijp. Most places in De Pijp serve sandwiches or they offer one daily salad. I am not a cheese sandwich girl and I stay away from gluten most of the time. Instead I prefer having a big salad for lunch, with lots of fresh vegetables and herbs.
