Nutrition Books That Change Your Life

Sometimes, not very often, you come across a book that you changes your life in unforeseen and unpredictable ways. The following nutrition and cookbooks have in one way or the other transformed my life and inspired me on my journey into vibrant health and passionate living. If you have an interest in holistic health, nutrition, cooking, design, personal development, entrepeneurship and spirituality, check out my book list below. Books, like the ones below, can inspire change. And I am not just talking about the power of changing the way you think or gaining new insights but, more importantly, I am talking about books that inspire action, that make you take a different look at your own life, at the way you live, at the way you eat and cook and even at who you invite in your home.
