Leadership & Development Coach, Educator and Facilitator

I am a coach, educator, and facilitator, driven by a deep curiosity about people—who they are, what they care about, and what makes them come alive. I believe we thrive when we truly understand ourselves and use our strengths to contribute to something beyond ourselves.

I lecture in leadership and development at Hotelschool The Hague and bring over a decade of experience running my own coaching and training practice. I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London (graduated with distinction), where I focused on what makes leadership development effective.

A strong commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development shapes my work. Over the years, I have completed a range of professional trainings—including Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (CRR Global), and Experiential Learning Design and Facilitation at Kaospilot, among others. Together, these experiences allow me to bridge academic insight with practical, transformative learning.

I design and deliver leadership and professional development programs that create meaningful, experience-based learning. Drawing on positive and organisational psychology, I support individuals and teams in building self-awareness, strengthening relationships, and translating insight into action. In my coaching and training, I create spaces for open dialogue, reflection, and experimentation—combining evidence-based approaches with creativity, playfulness, and intuition to support lasting, positive change.
