Yesterday I read an Harvard Business Review article on research suggesting that men get credit for voicing ideas but women don’t. As a coach helping women (and men) to be successful leaders, I am particularly interested in this topic. It got me thinking about how unconscious bias stands in the way of women emerging as leaders and how we can address this.
