Sticky Sweet Quinoa Salad

This Sticky Sweet Quinoa Salad with balsamic shallots is very simple in its use of ingredients but has so much depth of flavour. It’s also quick and easy to make. The shallots are cooked in balsamic vinegar with some coconut palm sugar until they become caramelised and sweet. The sweet, sticky shallots and the left-over syrup serve as a vinaigrette. It adds a beautiful sweet, intense flavour and also makes it more succulent. Read More

From now on consider each meal you prepare as a work of art. Color your plate to get the nutrients you need!Read More

Brussels Sprouts With Shallots

I found out I love sprouts when they are crisp on the outside but still solid on the inside. These sprouts are crispy and firm and the bitterness of the sprouts is balanced by the sweetness of the caramelized onions and tartness of the vinegar. If you don’t like sprouts, try out this recipe!
