Cilantro Lime Hummus

This Cilantro Lime Hummus is zesty and refreshing. The lime and cilantro (coriander) add a lovely freshness and the chili adds a bit of heat. Hummus is great on its own but I love eating it with a nice salad or on some gluten-free crackers as a quick and easy snack. It’s also a great party dip for fresh veggies, like bell pepper, celery and baby tomatoes. It’s a great dip for tortilla chips too. This Super Power Bowl nourishes your body on many levels. Ever wondered what to eat after a long work-out ? Well, this is it. Recently, I have gotten into the habit of doing endurance work-outs on a rowing machine. I have noticed that I need to feed myself differently than after my usual yoga practice. This Roasted Red Beet Hummus is inspired by a birthday party I went to last weekend. My friend loves beet hummus and he had a really yummy store-bought red beet hummus on the dinner table.
