Nourishing yourself is incredibly important. Good food fuels the life you want to lead. It helps you to feel balanced, alive and full of energy. Cooking beautiful food and sharing it with others is one of my greatest joys in life. Cooking is my way to slow down and connect with others. So, if I am not  coaching clients or teaching yoga, you can find me experimenting in my kitchen. That’s why I am sharing my favourite recipes here.
