I mainly teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, but I also teach slower-paced yoga classes like Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga therapy and Yoga Basics. My Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are vigorous and dynamic, a mix of strong standing poses, arm balances, inversions and core work and taught in an accessible and playful way. My Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes focus on finding the balance between strength and flexibility while building stamina and improving breath and alignment to free up restrictions in the mind and body.
My Yoga Basics class is a slower-paced yoga class suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced students, who like to go back to the basics. These classes are also accessible for people struggling with injuries or chronic pain.
The class I teach at Re-balance in The Hague is a gentle hatha yoga class, which focus on slowing down through longer holds and opens up the body in a mindful way.
