Yoga is one of my greatest loves in life. In my yoga classes I want to share the joy of yoga and of life. Yoga helps you to open up to the present moment. Only when you are fully present, you can experience the magnificence of life. My yoga classes are fun and light-hearted and dedicated to helping people from all levels and backgrounds to find more freedom through safety.
I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga therapy, always emphasising finding freedom in the body and mind through alignment, discovery and self-awareness. My Vinyasa Flow yoga classes are vigorous and dynamic, a mix of strong standing poses, arm balances, inversions and core work and taught in an accessible and playful way. My Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes focus on finding the balance between strength and flexibility while building stamina and improving breath and alignment to free up restrictions in the mind and body.
I also teach Yoga Basics, a slower-paced yoga class suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced students, who like to go back to the basics. These classes are also accessible for people struggling with injuries or chronic pain.
