Yoga is one of my greatest loves in life. I have studied many styles of yoga, including Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga, and I have studied with some of the best teachers around the world. My teachers include Kathryn BudigTiffany Cruikshank, Sianna Sherman, Bridget Woods Kramer, Noah Maze,  Martin Kirk and Desiree Rumbaugh.

I primarily teach Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy, always emphasising finding freedom in the body through safety and alignment. I teach vigorous Vinyasa flow in the evenings and on Sunday. I also teach Basics yoga, which a slower-paced class suitable for all levels, from beginners to mor advanced students and people with physical restrictions. For years I taught therapeutic yoga at a local rehabilitation center and I now have successful private yoga practice.

I  fully embrace the playful and uplifting nature of yoga and sees yoga as a way to experience freedom in body, mind and heart, both on and off the mat. In my yoga classes, I want to share the joy of yoga and of life. My classes are fun and light-hearted and dedicated to helping people from all levels and backgrounds to find more freedom through safety. Yoga helps you to open up to the present moment. Only when you are fully present, you can experience and savour the magnificence of life.

Yoga is so much more than the practice on the mat; it’s your attitude towards yourself and towards life. It’s how you live your life off of your yoga mat, how you engage with life. The way you think, eat, breathe, the space you allow yourself and even the company you keep, affects all aspects of who you are. Yoga gets you in touch with your own heart, your inner wisdom.  It helps you to become more centred and empowers you to trust your instincts. We often make choices from the mind space, which governs most of our lives, often keeps us small and takes us away from our feelings. When we make our every day choices from the heart, from a place of inspiration rather than the chit-chatter of the mind, we do not only connect more deeply to who we really are but we are automatically drawn tot the best opportunities for us. Trusting your instinct and trusting in the flow of life, can completely alter the way you relate to yourself and to your life. Instead of settling for a life that keeps us small, our choices bring us closer to the life we dream of, to our purpose, the life you know you deep down deserve.
