I practice a holistic approach to health and happiness. This means taking a good look at how all areas of your life are interconnected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising or chasing your dreams? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health and happiness as a whole. My approach is not to focus on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep quality, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

You are unique
Each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison. That’s why most diets tend to fail in the long run. I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique body, needs, lifestyle and preferences. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will find a way of eating that suits your body and lifestyle.
Listen to your gut
Your gut is your guide to happiness and well-being, whether it’s the choices you make on your plate or in your life. You always already know what’s best for you. Your gut literally tells you what’s right for you and what to avoid. I’ll help you feed your intuition and to eat and live more intuitively. Living intuitively involves slowing down, paying attention and taking full responsibility for your life and the choices you make on a day to day basis.
Create a bigger vision for your life and yourself
It’s easy to focus on what you eat and overlook all of the other things that contribute to your health and happiness. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular exercise and a spiritual practice are essential forms of nourishment. You can eat as healthy as you want, practice yoga every single day but if you are stuck in an unfulfilling job or relationship and have no time to yourself, your health and happiness will suffer. I’ll help you figure out what makes you come alive and to set goals for yourself that move, inspire and challenge you. I’ll support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating balanced meals to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
Disrupt your habits. Get out of your comfort zone.
Living and eating more intuitively means adjusting your priorities & making time for the things that really matter to you. You will have to release old patterns and habits to make room for the new. When reaching for your goals it’s important to push the boundaries of your comfort zone. If you get too attached to your comfort zone, you stop growing. You stop yourself from living the life you truly want. Whether the change you want to make is large or small, it is important to make a change in the way you do things on a day-to-day basis. I’ll help you reprioritize your daily activities and focus on the essential components that feed you the most. I will encourage to get out of your daily habits and routines one small step at the time. Once you start stepping out of your comfort zone more often, it gets easier. Remember that small steps equal big change. You can generate 80% of your results from just 20% of your efforts.
Focus on what works. Forget the rest.
Focus on what’s important to you, on what feeds you the most. No single food or habit will make or break your health. But what you do day in and day out will have a major impact on your health and happiness. I’ll help you to figure out what works for you. Instead of long lists of things to avoid and eliminating things from your life that you really love, I encourage you to add more of the good stuff, whether it’s healthy foods or practices that feed your soul. It’s all about balance. If you take take great care of yourself most of the time, it’s perfectly fine to indulge yourself occasionally. When we work together to achieve your goals, you won’t be following a restrictive diet or program but you will be actively creating a lifestyle right here right now that support the future you really want for yourself.
